Day time

The Island Cow opens early for Breakfast, a perfect place for the whole family to gather before an outing or for a business meeting over Starbucks Coffee in one of our 8 person booths! The bistro is airy with french doors out to the front and back patios.

Night Time

At dinner time dine under the stars while you listen to live music on one of Sanibel's only al fresco eating porches. Stop in at the bar anytime for a snack or take away orders. You're just like family at the Island Cow so feel free to call ahead for large parties or when you're in a hurry.

Served in the morning Monday - Saturday 7:30 - 11:00
Sunday's till 12:00 Lunch begins at 11:00 and Dinner closing is when the music stops. Parties of 8 or more please call ahead for seating.
